RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN FORM
We invite you to complete the contact us form with your order number within 7 working days from the date you received your package in order to receive your Return Number. Return items must be given back to UPS within 7 working days from the date the package was delivered to you.We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. Enter the Order Number relating to the products you want to return.


HOW TO RETURN
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.You can return any item purchased on our Online Store within 7 working days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

    Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
    Fill out the online contact us form in order to get a Return Number
    With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in London.
    Schedule the pick up of your package within 7 working days from the delivery date. Contact UPS by phone or online to arrange a suitable date and address: our courier  will pick up the package wherever you wish.


The refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned items and the original shipping costs. For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs (in case you have taken advantage of free shipping, you return will be costless). If you prefer, you can also use a different courier service from UPS. In this case, return shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and responsibility. Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.


RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
Credit or Debit Card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees

Note: Please Note Bespoke items and Customised Items cannot be returned.
