Meet Mathilde Delonca and Nicoline Roth, Co-Founders of BeBold, est. 2018. Read below about their journey that started in Berlin as an Instagram community and has since evolved into an International women’s community and two published book on female empowerment.

Hi Ladies,

Mathilde please tell us about yourself?

I’m originally from France, studied political sciences, business and trained as a lawyer before Nico and I took the decision to embark on a venture to empower women.

Nicoline can you please tell us about yourself too please?

I grew up in Copenhagen, but have always enjoyed living abroad, and have done so in different periods of time since I was 13. After finishing my studies at Copenhagen Business School, I moved to Berlin to work for Axel Springer, where I was fortunate enough to meet my other bold half, Mathilde.

How did you both meet?

We met while working in a subsidiary of Axel Springer called upday for Samsung. We were both working in international advertising; Mathilde in the Paris office and Nicoline in the Berlin office. We were focusing on the UK market and therefore traveled a lot together. It did not take more than one trip, before we knew we were amazing partners in crime and business.

What is the Bold Women Club all about? What inspired you to start the Club?

The Bold Women’s Club is a network for like-minded, ambitious women striving to get inspired, feel supported and receive invitations to members-only event experiences tailored by women, for women.

Where do you see the Bold Women Club in five years?  AND What do you want to achieve for women in the future.

In five years, we see the Bold Women’s Club as an international digital and physical community expanding across Europe, USA and Asia. With the Bold Women’s Club, we hope to forge more bold successes for women around the globe.

What are the criteria for joining the Club?

Women that join the Bold Women’s Club need to be driven and career-oriented, but at the same time have a sense of community, meaning that you have to give as much as you get.

What advice would you give a young woman, who is still trying to find herself?

Be patient, trust the process and your gut, and you will get there. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and seek advice from people you admire.

How can women empower other women?

By being real and taking time to answer a simple email asking advice, or simply by making a nice introduction.
