We invite you to contact our customer services team within 7working days from the date you received your package in order to receive your Return Number. Our customer service teams will provide you with labels and detailed information regarding your Returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. HOW TO RETURN
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.You can return any item purchased on our Online Store within 7 working days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in London.
Schedule the pick up of your package within 7 working days from the delivery date.
The refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned items exclusing original shipping costs. For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs (in case you have taken advantage of free shipping, you return will be costless).
INSTAGRAM PRIVATE SALES
All sales are final and cannot be returned due to the heavy discount applied in our exclusive Private Instagram Sales.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
Credit or Debit Card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees
Note: Please Note Bespoke items and Customised Items cannot be returned. Bags purchased in our Instagram Private sales cannot be Refunded.
